Momentum Academy is a student music pathway shaped by Crosswalk's worship culture. These answers help families understand pricing, payment, schedules, and lesson expectations.

Attendance

Families should arrive on time and notify Momentum Academy at least 24 hours ahead when a student cannot attend.

Guardian Check-In

Students under 18 must have guardian enrollment and approved pickup details on file.

Practice Rhythm

Students receive simple weekly goals and are expected to practice between lessons.

Lesson Culture

Lessons prioritize preparation, humility, listening well, and serving the room.

Billing

Monthly tuition holds a weekly 30-minute lesson time and is not billed per individual lesson.

Makeups and Refunds

Makeup lessons may be offered when coach schedules allow. Missed, late-cancelled, or no-show lessons are not automatically refunded.

Does my student need experience?

No. Brand-new students can start with fundamentals, while experienced students can work on practical skills used in worship environments.

Do students need their own instrument?

For guitar, keys, and drums, regular practice access matters. The team can help families decide what is needed before enrollment.

Is this only for students who attend Crosswalk?

The program is rooted in Crosswalk's worship culture. Crosswalk members can select the member rate during signup.

How does payment work?

Families choose a monthly lesson rate during signup and complete payment through the secure checkout connected to the booking system.

What happens in a month with five lesson weeks?

The monthly rate stays the same. Families are not charged extra for a fifth lesson week, and the steady monthly rate helps balance shorter months and holiday closures.

What if my student is sick?

Please notify Momentum Academy at least 24 hours before the lesson whenever possible. A makeup may be offered when the coach schedule allows, but sick days are not automatically refunded.

What is the cancellation policy?

Families should request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Tuition already processed is not refunded for missed lessons or late cancellations.

Are makeup lessons guaranteed?

No. Momentum Academy will try to help when there is coach availability, but makeup lessons are not guaranteed for missed, late-cancelled, or no-show lessons.

Are preferred lesson days guaranteed?

No. Preferred weekdays help match the student with coach availability. The final weekly lesson time is confirmed after signup.
